Kewajiban Anak Memberi Nafkah Kepada Orang Tua Menurut Hukum Islam

Abstract

No one of the greatest merit of this world, except our parents. In this case, parents are interceding for our presence in this earth, who first nurture, teach and educateus. Our obligation to maintain the mother-father, as well as maintain and loved us from childhood to adult hood. Such obligations are reciprocal obligations, on this matter whether the child is also required to provide for parents who are elderly both in view of Islamic law that has been formalized. Then a literature study of research methods in order to determine how the Islamic Law (formal) clearly regulating the provision of maintenance to the parent, which will result form a good family relationship, happy and prosperous is also required to assist the government in combating poverty in Indonesi aso that it is clear the role child is so important.
