Pengetahuan, Sikap, dan Perilaku Gizi Seimbang Anak Sekolah Dasar di SDN GU 12 Pagi

Masalah Gizi di Indonesia semakin kompleks, tidak hanya karena kurang gizi masih tinggi, tetapi masalah kelebihan gizi dan akibatnya semakin meningkat. Pola hidup sehat, termasuk didalamnya Pola Makan dengan Gizi Seimbang merupakan salah satu faktor utama pada kompleksnya permasalahan gizi di Indonesia. Menurut data RISKESDAS 2010 Status Gizi TB/U, BB/TB DKI Jakarta memiliki status gizi gemuk 10,1% dan Kurus 10,8%. Berdasarkan Status gizi IMT/U DKI Jakarta memiliki prevalensi 12,8 % untuk kategori gemuk dan 6,5% untuk kategori kurus. Sementara itu di berdasarkan TB/U untuk kategori pendek 14,5 % dan 9,4% sangat pendek. Prevalensi Status Gizi (TB/U) umur 6-12 tahun didapat sebagian besar anak laki-laki terkategori pendek 20,9% dan sangat pendek 15,6%. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untu mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku gizi seimbang anak sekolah dasar di SDN GU 12 Pagi, sebelum dilakukan intervensi penyuluhan melalui media KIE. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional design. Sampel adalah anak sekolah dasar kelas VI berjumlah 34 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Dari hasil penelitian didapat sebagian besar responden anak perempuan 52.9%, pengetahuan baik dan kurang masing-masing 50.0%, sebagian besar memiliki sikap negative terhadap gizi seimbang 55.9% dan perilakunya masih belum menerapkan gizi siembang 55.2%. Berdasarkan uji analisis didapat bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku gizi seimbang (p<0.05). Namun tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan sikap dengan perilaku gizi seimbang (p≥0.05). Oleh karenanya, pendidikan gizi di lingkungan sekolah perlu ditingkatkan untuk memberikan gambaran kepada siswa tentang pentingnya penerapan gizi seimbang.
