PENYULUHAN MENGENAI REKAYASA KEBUTUHANDAN PENERAPANNYA DALAM DUNIA KERJA DI ZAMAN REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0

Abstract

In the 4.0 industrial revolutions all aspects of automation began to be carried out. Tasks that were once done by humans, over time can be replaced by mechanical power that automatically performs and organizes work faster. The increasing adoption of automation and artificial intelligence (AI) will certainly change the industry. This technology will also bring significant benefits to the economy, including increased productivity, growth, income, and employment. For this reason, each educational institution is requested to be able to understand and apply what methods and needs need to be prepared to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In this case the community service activity aims to provide knowledge not only to teachers but also to students in the high school Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi regarding engineering needs and their application in the world of work in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The method used for the reconciliation of the material is by conducting counseling through knowledge sharing in accordance with the needs needed by the world of education that will become a provision for students in the workforce or the next educational stage.

Abstrak

Dalam revolusi industri 4.0 semua aspek mulai dilakukan otomatisasi Tugas-tugas yang dahulu dikerjakan manusia, seiring waktu dapat digantikan oleh tenaga mesin yang secara otomatis melakukan dan mengatur pekerjaan lebih cepat. Meningkatnya adopsi otomatisasi dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) tentu akan mengubah industri. Teknologi ini juga akan membawa manfaat signifikan bagi perekonomian, termasuk peningkatan produktivitas, pertumbuhan, pendapatan, dan lapangan kerja. Untuk itu setiap institusi pendidikan diminta agar dapat memahami serta menerapkan metode dan kebutuhan apa yang perlu disiapkan untuk menghadapi era revolusi industry 4.0. Dalam hal ini kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tidak hanya kepada guru-guru tetapi juga kepada murid murid di lingkungan sekolah SMA/SMK Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi mengenai rekayasa kebutuhan dan penerapannya dalam dunia kerja di era revolusi industry 4.0. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk penyampaian materi tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan melalui knowlegde sharing sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia pendidikan yang akan menjadi bekal murid kelak di dunia kerja ataupun tahap pendidikan selanjutnya.
