Penambahan Latihan Eksentrik Quadriceps pada Intervensi Wooble Board Exercise Tidak Lebih Baik Dalam Meningkatkan Stabilitas Lutut Pada Kasus Jumper’s Knee
Abstract
Latar belakang:pada kasus jumper’s kneedapat disipulkan bahwa masalah yang timbul salah satunya ialah penurunan stabilitas lutut.. Stabilitas yang terganggu mengapa karena otot pada quadriceps mengalami penurunan kekuatan dan tidak stabil karena adanya nyeri inflamasi chronic dimana tendon merupakan jaringan hipovasculer sehingga dapat memicu terbentuknya abnormal crosslink yang kemudian menjadi fibrous. Sehingga fungsional lutut saat berjalan, berlari, melompat dan jongkok menjadi terganggu. Pada kondisi ini banyak latihan-latihan fisioterapi yang dapat diberikan. Dengan cara memberikan latihan eksentrik quadriceps atau wooble board exercise,Tujuan:1) Untuk mengetahui wooble board exercise meningkatkan stabilitas lutut pada kasus jumper’s knee. 2) Untuk mengetahui penambahan latihan eksentrik quadriceps meningktkan stabilitas lutut pada kasus jumper’s knee. 3) Untuk mengetahui penambahan latihan eksentrik quadriceps pada intervensi wooble exercise lebih baik dalam meningkatkan stabilitas lutut pada kasus jumper’s knee. Metode:Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Pre dan Post Test Control group Design.Dalam penelitian ini adalahdilakukan di Komplek Blok-k RT 03/02 Kunciran indah berusia 19-29 tahun. Kondisi sampel diambil berdasarkan dengan kriteria insklusif dan ekslusif.Sampel dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan 1 dan kelompok perlakuan 2. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Kelompok perlakuan 1 berjumlah 10 orang dengan pemberian wooble board exercise. Kelompok perlakuan 2 berjumlah 10 orang dengan pemberian latihan eksentrik.Hasil: Hasil uji hipotesis pada kelompok perlakuan 1 dengan T-test Related didapatkan nilai p=0.001sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa wooble board exercise meningkatan stabilitas lutut. Pada kelompok perlakuan 2 dengan T-test Related didapatkan nilai p=0.001 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan eksentrik quadriceps dan wooble exercise dapat meningkatkan stabilitas lutut.Pada kelompok pelakuan 1 dan kelompok perlakuan 2 digunakan uji T-Test Independent untuk menguji signifikansi komparatif dua sampel yang tidak berpasangan (independent) didapatkan nilaip=0.461. Sehingga latihan eksentrik quadriceps dan wooble exercisetidak lebih baik dari pada wooble board exercise saja untuk meningkatkan stabilitas lutut.
