MANAJEMEN PROSES FISIOTERAPI PADA SATU RUMAH SAKIT SWASTA DI JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract


Sebagai profesi yang menjalankan kegiatan pelayanan fisioterapi maka seorang fisioterapis memiliki acuan sebagai dasar melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya. Fisioterapis melakukan serta melaksanakan proses penatalaksanaan fisioterapi secara lengkap dengan tahapan mulai dari asesmen pasien, diagnosa, membuat rencana intervensi, melaksanakan tindakan intervensi, kemudian evaluasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat proses pelayanan fisioterapis di salah satu di rumah sakit swasta. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan model penelitian ini juga mengacu pada case study yang dilakukan karena hanya melihat satu unit fisioterapi pada satu rumah sakit saja. Populasi penelitian adalah fisioterapis dan data medical record pasien pada tahun 2017 dengan rentang masa waktu 3 bulan sejak April-Juni 2017. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah seluruh fisioterapis (4 orang) dan data medical record sampling. Fisioterapis sudah melakukan proses penatalaksanaan dengan benar sesuai peraturan dengan format SOAP. Rata-rata lama waktu yang digunakan fisioterapis dalam menangani pasien adalah 102 menit untuk kasus musculoskeletal, 143 menit untuk kasus neuromuskuler, dan 62 menit untuk kasus kardiorespirasi dengan rata-rata total adalah 102,3 menit untuk satu pasien. Fisioterapis di rumah sakit X perlu melengkapi format SOAP dalam dokumentasi serta menambah jam kerja agar tetap memberikan pelayanan optimal pada pasien.

ABSTRACT

As a profession that carries out physiotherapy services, a physiotherapist has a reference as the basis for carrying out his duties and functions. The physiotherapist carries out and carries out a complete physiotherapy management process with stages starting from the patient's assessment, diagnosis, making an intervention plan, the intervention, then evaluating and documenting. This study aims to observe the process of physiotherapist in a private hospital. This research is descriptive qualitative. This research model approach also refers to a case study because it only observes one physiotherapy unit in one private hospital. The study population was physiotherapists and patient medical record data in 2017 with a span of 3 months from April to June 2017. Sampling techniques were all physiotherapists (4 people) and medical record sampling data. The physiotherapist has carried out the management process correctly in accordance with regulations in the SOAP format. The average time spent physiotherapist in handling patients is 102 minutes for musculoskeletal cases, 143 minutes for neuromuscular cases, and 62 minutes for cardio respiration cases with an average total of 102.3 minutes for one patient. Physiotherapists at Hospital X need to complete the SOAP format in the documentation as well as increase working hours in order to provide optimal service to patients.
