AKTIVITAS FISIK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN FUNGSIONAL PENDERITA LOW BACK PAIN NON SPESIFIK:NARRATIVE REVIEW

Abstrak
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan kemampuan fungsional penderita low back pain. Metode narrative review dengan framework PEOs (Population, Exposure, Outcome, Study Design). Mengidentifikasi artikel menggunakan database yang sesuai (Google Scholar,PubMed dan Scient Direct), seleksi artikel menggunakan Critical Apprisal, kemudian data dimasukkan ke dalam PRISMA flowchart. Hasil dari 412 artikel yang telah teridentifikasi, terdapat 10 artikel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan dijadikan database dalam penelitian ini. Dari 10 artikel tersebut 5 artikel penelitian menjelaskan ada Hubungan Aktivitas Fisik dan Kemampuan Fungsional penderita Low Back Pain Non Spesifik, 3 artikel menjelaskan tentang jenis - jenis aktivitas fisik , 1 artikel menjelaskan tentang instrumen pengukuran aktivitas fisik, 2 artikel menjelaskan tentang jenis - jenis low back pain.Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan erat antara aktivitas fisik dan kemampuan fungsional penderita low back pain. Semakin tinggi aktivitas fisik semakin meningkatka kemampuan fungsional penderita low back pain.
