EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN LATIHAN MELALUI TELEHEALTH TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI dan PENINGKATAN FUNGSI LUTUT pada OSTEOARTRITIS KNEE: STUDI LITERATUR
Abstract
ABSTRAK: Latar Belakang. Osteoartritis merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang menyerang 65% lansia di Indonesia. Kondisi ini menyebabkan gangguan fungsi dan gerak sehingga pasien membutuhkan intervensi fisioterapi. Covid-19 menyebabkan terapi tatap muka tidak memungkinkan, sehingga diperlukan intervensi jarak jauh (telehealth) Bahan dan Metode. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review. Pencarian dilakukan melalui ProQuest, EBSCoHost, Taylor&Francis, Wiley Online, dan PUBMED pada 7 Mei 2021. Dari pencaharian literatur dari empat database, 42 artikel ditemukan. Setelah screening berdasarkan judul dan abstrak ditemukan 22 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Tujuh artikel dimasukkan dalam review setelah membaca artikel full-text. Pendekatan sederhana oleh Aveyard digunakan untuk sintesis data. Tujuan. Mengetahui efektivitas pemberian latihan melalui telehealth terhadap penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan fungsi lutut pada kasus osteoartritis knee. Hasil. Terdapat penurunan nyeri dan peningkatan fungsi lutut pada pasien OA knee dengan pemberian latihan melalui telehealth dalam masa terapi 6 minggu-3 bulan. Pengawasan fisioterapis penting dalam memberikan intervensi latihan. Panggilan telepon dan sesi sinkronus video 1-2x seminggu efektif dilakukan. Latihan yang bisa dilakukan adalah strengthening, ROM exercise, dan open and close chain. Pemberian logbook untuk mencatat sesi latihan baik digunakan, dosis latihan yang efektif adalah 2-7 hari/minggu namun tetap harus bersifat individual. Simpulan. Pemberian latihan fisioterapi menggunakan aplikasi telehealth dapat menjadi solusi intervensi untuk mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan fungsi lutut jika memperhatikan beberapa hal, seperti metode telehealth, dosis yang bersifat individual, dan ketersediaan alat terapi.
