Reliabilitas Pengukuran Flexible Curve pada Kurva Thoracal

Abstract


Kurva bidang sagital pada daerah thoracal merupakan salah satu indikator untuk menilai kurva vertebra secara keseluruhan. Kelainan pada bidang sagital tidak hanya berdampak pada vertebra, tetapi juga postur tubuh. Pengukuran kurva bidang sagital harus dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang memenuhi aspek psikometri penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui reliabilitas pengukuran dengan menggunakan flexible curve. Jenis penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran berulang oleh dua orang fisioterapis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan intraclass correlation didapatkan nilai 0,847. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat reliabilitas yang tinggi pada flexible curve untuk mengukur kurva thoracal.
