Tidak Ada Perbedaan Efek Intervensi William’s Flexion Exercise Dan Core Stability Dengan Gapping Segmental Dan Core Stability Terhadap Pengurangan Nyeri Akibat Spondyloartrosis Lumbalis
Abstract
Abstract
Purpose: This study aims to determine the effects of different interventions and William's flexion exercises Core stability and Core with gapping segmental stability to the reduction of pain due to lumbar Spondyloartrhosis. The study was conducted The study was conducted in public clinics (YAKRIJA) in Tangerang which took place on February 24, until March 24, 2012. Sample: The sample consisted of 20 people selected by purposive sampling and using assessment tables are available. Samples were divided into 2 groups and performed a random lottery to obtain a distribution group and two groups of 10 people for the control group by using interventions William's flexion exercises and core stability while 10 people for using the intervention group treated with segmental and Core stability gapping. Methods: This study is a kind of quasi-experimental research to determine the effect of an intervention is done to the object of study .. Data processing and data analysis using computer software. Statistical analysis of this study using Wilcoxon Singed Rank test. Results: The test results with Wilcoxon Singed Rank test. in the control group with P value = 0.007 (P <0.05), so there is a significant influence on William's flexion exercise intervention and Core stability to the reduction of pain due to lumbar Spondyloartrhosis. In the test group treated with Wilcoxon Singed Rank test. P-value = 0.007 (P <0.05), so there is a very significant influence on segmental gapping intervention and Core stability to the reduction of pain due to lumbar Spondyloartrhosis. While the test results obtained Mann Whitney U test P-value = 0.909 (P> 0.05), which means there is no significant difference between intervention and William's Exercise flexion with core stability and core gapping segmental stability to the reduction of pain due to lumbar Spondyloartrosis. Conclusion: It is concluded that there was no significant difference between intervention William's flexion Exercise and Core stability and Core with gapping segmental stability to the reduction of pain due to lumbar Spondyloartrosis.
Keywords: william’s flexion exercise, core stability, segmental gapping and spondyloartrosis lumbalis.
