From the initial interview is known to have several officers at the Corps aviator (PNB) and special service corps (SUS) who feel they are not getting an award from the Air Force organization so that they are more activities outside the Air Force or not to contribute the maximum corresponding duties. In addition, in 2007 - 2012, a number of officers from the corps PNB and SUS has resigned from the Air Force, where they amount to more than from any other corps. Researchers speculate that there are differences in attachment to work on the Air Force officer corps is different, where the officer corps and the corps SUS PNB allegedly had an attachment work less than officers in other corps. These non-experimental research to measure the attachment work using a scale adaptation of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Uwes).
