Software Engineering into the needs of institutions, organizations or companies in the construction of information systems, an important part of the growth of software developments with various software crises according to various sides of the user's view. Low motivation to learn software engineering is one of the competencies that must be owned by the students, the purpose of this research is done for the implementation of software engineering and application of methodelogi contained in the literature book. Software engineering model. The methodology used is Multimedia-based software engineering learning model made through several stages including: Research and development (R & D) Gall and Borg, instructional system design (ISD), model development of motivational learning model (attention, relevance, confidient and relevance/ARCS). While the development of multimedianya: development life cycle (system development life cycle system / SDLC) and object-oriented analysis design (OOAD). The output is a product of multimedia-based information technology project management system that will be implemented on LMS learning and learning interactive CD. Furthermore, this learning can be applied to higher education in Indonesia.

Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak menjadi kebutuhan intitusi,organisasi atau perusahaan dalam pembangunan sistem informasi, menjadi bagian penting yang melatarbelakangi tumbuhnya perkembangan perangkat lunak dengan berbagai krisis perangkat lunak menurut berbagai sisi pandang pengguna. Rendahnya motivasi belajar rekayasa perangkat lunak merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh Mahasiswa, tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk implementasi rekayasa perangkat lunak dan penerapan methodelogi yang terdapat pada buku literatur. Model rekayasa perangkat lunak. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Model pembelajaran rekayasa perangkat lunak berbasis multimedia yang dibuat melalui beberapa tahapan antara lain : Penelitian Pengembangan (research and development /R & D) Gall dan Borg, desain sistem pembelajaran (instructional system design/ISD), model pengembangan model pembelajaran motivasi (attention, relevance, confidient and relevance/ARCS). Sedangkan pengembangan multimedianya : siklus hidup pengembangan (sistem system development life cycle/SDLC) dan perancangan sistem berorientasi objek (object oriented analysis design/OOAD). Keluarannya adalah produk sistem pembelajaran manajemen proyek teknologi informasi berbasis multimedia yang akan dilaksanakan pada pembelajaran LMS dan CD interaktif pembelajaran. Selanjutnya pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan pada pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
