GAMBARAN TINGKAT RISIKO PENYAKIT JANTUNG DAN PEMBULUH DARAH PADA PEKERJA DI PT.X

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the level of risk of heart disease and blood vessels to workers in PT.X. The study was conducted on 373 respondents in March - May 2016 using cross-sectional design, primary datas were Jakarta Cardiovascular Score Questionnaire, and supporting datas were Medical Check Up (MCU) result. Risk calculation was using the total score of research variables, such as sex, age, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), smoking behavior, history of diabetes and physical activity. The resulting score indicated the level of risk at which the score is -7 to 1 (low risk), score of 2 to 4 (medium risk) and score ≥ 5 (high risk). The results showed that 38% of respondents have a high risk level.  n gIt is recommended to optimize occupational health management and health promotion programs in the workplace.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tingkat risiko penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah pada pekerja di PT.X. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 373 responden pada bulan Maret – Mei  2016 menggunakan desain cross-sectional, data primer berupa kuesioner Skor Kardiovaskular Jakarta, dan data pendukung berupa hasil Medical Check Up (MCU). Perhitungan risiko menggunakan total nilai skor variabel penelitian yakni jenis kelamin, umur, tekanan darah, indeks masa tubuh (IMT), perilaku merokok, riwayat diabetes dan aktivitas fisik. Nilai skor yang dihasilkan menunjukkan tingkat risiko di mana skor -7 sampai 1 (risiko rendah), skor 2 sampai 4 (risiko sedang) dan skor ≥ 5 (risiko tinggi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 38% responden memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi. Disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan program manajemen kesehatan kerja dan promosi kesehatan di tempat kerja.
