INTERVENSI PENDIDIKAN SEKSUALITAS DALAM MENGUBAH SIKAP REMAJA AWAL TERHADAP PORNOGRAFI

Abstract


Sexuality education itself is actually education that gives knowledge about sexual organs or human reproductive organs, how they work, and their effects if used incorrectly (Soebagijo, 2008). New information about something that in this case sexuality education is expected to provide a new cognitive basis for the formation of attitudes towards it. Suggestive messages carried by the information, if strong, will provide an affective basis in evaluating something so that certain attitudes are formed (Azwar, 2003). The design of this study was quasi-experimental using one group pre-test post-test with the number of 10 participants who were known to have been exposed to pornographic content. The results showed a change in early adolescent attitudes towards pornography after following the intervention. Changes in early adolescent attitudes become more negative after following the intervention. Thus the intervention of sexuality education in this study can be an intervention model to change the attitudes of early adolescents towards pornography.
