PENTINGNYA PERENCANAAN SDM DALAM ORGANISASI

Abstract


HR planning is the earliest thing that must be done by an organization/ company that aims to form better HR management. All organizations / companies must determine their future with a variety of plans that are relevant to the demands of the times. Nowadays the environment changes so fast that the organization/ company must be able to follow the changes precisely and quickly. Organizations / Companies must be able to anticipate and adjust to changes that occur. For this reason, HR planning will become more important for companies because globalization, new technology, and organizational restructuring processes always overshadow the life of the organization. Organizations that are not supported by employees / employees who are suitable both in terms of quantity, quality, strategy, and good operations, it is certain that the organization will find it difficult to maintain and develop its existence in the future. In order for HR planning to succeed, it is necessary to consider factors that can influence it, among other things: Environmental Factors, Organizational Decisions, Employee inventory factors.
