RANCANG BANGUN WEB APLIKASI DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN TENAGA KERJA PERUSAHAANDENGAN PENCARI KERJA

Kemajuan Teknologi Informasi yang ada pada saat ini dan yang akan datang menuntut  perusahaan industri harus ikut berkembang dan menggunakan sistem aplikasi yang baru sesuai  dengan kebutuhan industrinya di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, yang bertujuan untuk mengefisiensi biaya-biaya operasional yang terjadi. Efek dari Revolusi Industri 4.0 ini adalah terjadi Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja ( PHK ) yang menjadi permasalahan besar bagi pemerintah. Karena itu perlu dibangun suatu sarana komunikasi virtual yang dapat menghubungkan para pekerja yang PHK dapat memperoleh pekerjaan kembali.Untuk merancang web aplikasi digunakan HTML5, Apache, CSS, MySQLdan PHP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah Model Prototype dari web aplikasiyang dapat menghasilkan komunikasi  secara virtual antara pencari kerja dengan perusahaan pencari pekerja.

Abstract

Current and future advancements in Information Technology require that industrial companies must participate in developing and using new application systems in accordance with their industrial needs in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, which are used to streamline the supply-cost of operations carried out. The effect of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution was the Termination of Employment (FLE) which became a major consideration for the government. Because it needs to be built a virtual communication that can connect workers who can be recovered. To discuss web applications used HTML5, Apache, CSS, MySQL and PHP. The results of this study are the Prototype Model of a web application that can produce virtual communication between job seekers and job search companies.
