Abstract


This study analyzes and examines the effectiveness of employee recruitment and training functions at PT ASABRI (Persero) Jakarta, in order to carry out and support government policy programs in the field of national economy and development. One of the main tasks is to provide compensation to soldiers of the Indonesian National Army (TNI), POLRI and civil servants in the DEPHAN / TNI / POLRI environment. In recruiting human resources is inseparable from the application of professional skills recruitment and training. The formulation of the problem examines and evaluates what efforts the company made in obtaining a competent workforce in accordance with the inspection concept. And learn the types and kinds of forms of training and coaching on company performance. This study aims to determine whether recruitment and training activities make a positive contribution to company performance. The analysis carried out is a hypothesis test using Chi-square test, internal control questionnaire and obedience test, and analyze employee turnover with positive results so that employee recruitment and training activities must be maintained.
