MODEL KETERKAITAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI, TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA MELALUI SELF EFFICACY DI BALITBANG KEMENTRIAN HUKUM DAN HAM RI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of the Employee Competence on Employee Engagement, Self Efficacy on Employee Engagement, Competency on Employee Engagement mediated by Self Efficacy. Employees as the driving force of the activities of the Balitbang Kementrian Hukum dan HAM RI must have a good commitment to be able to produce quality human resources who are able to adjust to society. Employee engagement can be seen from the implementation of work done. The analysis method used in this study is path analysis. Respondents studied were 100 respondents who were Permanent Employees at Balitbang Kementrian Hukum dan HAM RI. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the Employee Competency variables on Self Efficacy and there is a significant influence between Employee Competency variables on Employee Engagement. But the biggest influence is the employee competency variable directly on Employee Engagement without going through Self Efficacy. So, it can be said that a good employee competence will encourage strong Self Efficacy, so that Employee Engagement can be optimized.
