ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID 19 MELALUI KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN FAKTOR PSIKOLOGIS

Abstract

Employee productivity is one of the most important parts of a company, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Restrictions on the attendance of WFH (work from home) and WFO (work from office) employees are a problem in the production department of a company, in addition to causing anxiety while working from the office, production results are also a problem when some employees work from home. This study aims to examine the effect of occupational health and safety, work environment and psychological factors on employee productivity during the pandemic. The population in this study were employees of the production division of PT Semen Indonesia Beton Jakarta, with a total sample of 245 respondents. Validity test using Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Measure of sampling adequacy (MSA) measurement scale, reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha and analysis tool using SEM. The results showed that Occupational Health and Safety had a positive effect on Employee Productivity, Occupational Health and Safety had a positive effect on Employee Psychology, Work Environment had a positive effect on Employee Productivity, Work Environment had a positive effect on Employee Psychology, and Employee Psychological Factors had a positive effect on Employee Productivity.

Abstrak

Produktivitas karyawan merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting pada suatu perusahaan, terlebih lagi pada masa pandemic covid-19. Pembatasan kehadiran karyawan WFH (work from home)sertaWFO (work from office) menjadi permasalahan didalam bagian produksi sebuah perusahaan, selain menimbulkan kecemasan selama bekerja dari kantor, hasil produksipun menjadi sebuah permasalahan ketika karyawan sebagian bekerja dari rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan faktor psikologis terhadap produktivitas karyawan dimasa pandemi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produski PT Semen Indonesia Beton Jakarta, dengan jumlah sample 245 responden. Uji validitas mengunakan skala pengukuran Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) dan Measure of sampling adequacy (MSA), uji reabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha dan alat analisis menggunakan SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Psikologis Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Psikologis Karyawan, dan Faktor Psikologis Karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan.
