PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI LULUSAN “MANAJEMEN BISNIS” YANG MANDIRI, KREATIF, BERJIWA WIRAUSAHA DAN MAMPU BERSAING SECARA GLOBAL MELALUI PROGRAM MERDEKA BELAJAR – KAMPUS MERDEKA (STUDI KASUS PADA UNIVERSITAS ESA UNGGUL)

Abstract

The Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Esa Unggul University (UEU) is one of the study programs that is trying to implement the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemdikbud). Currently the implementation of the program has been running for 1 semester, where the MBKM program is expected to form a predetermined graduate profile and learning outcomes (CPL). For this reason, the purpose of this research and writing is to provide an overview of the implementation of the MBKM program in the UEU FEB Management Study Program, whether it has been carried out effectively in relation to the CPL of the Management Study Program. The research method was carried out using qualitative methods complemented by surveys and in-depth interviews, through online questionnaires to active students of the UEU FEB Management Study Program in December 2021. The data were analyzed qualitatively, equipped with descriptive statistics. From the results of the documentation study and observations on the MBKM implementation of the UEU FEB Management Study Program, it was found that the FEB Management Study Program had prepared itself as well as possible by reconstructing the curriculum to fit the MBKM program, and had made various MBKM activity guides. With the efforts of the Management Study Program, the survey results show that students have understood the contents of the MBKM program and have tried to participate in MBKM activities, for example by reading guidelines and playing an active role in MBKM discussions and workshops. The survey results also found that Management Study Program students perceive this MBKM activity as an activity that will provide benefits for students who will achieve CPL for the Management Study Program to become independent, creative, entrepreneurial and global-minded students.
