Abstract


Learning that is implemented in the learning system in the MBKM program is simply aimed at making students able to become mature and independent individuals in the future. This system is expected to be able to answer the challenges of the current and future needs of the accounting profession. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the effectiveness of the learning system in the MBKM program in strengthening the character of accounting students. Where effective is by looking at student interests driven by knowledge and perceptions of perceived benefits. The design of this research is explanatory causal. The population of this study were students of the accounting study program. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the criteria for students of accounting study programs who are active in the odd semester of 2021/2022. While the analytical tool used is SEM-PLS. The results show that students feel that student knowledge will encourage the perception that the MBKM program will improve their abilities according to the CPL and will encourage them to take part in this program, so that socialization and information from the MBKM program in the UEU FEB Accounting Study Program can be said to be effective.
