HUBUNGAN KEKUATAN OTOT GASTROCNEMIUS DENGAN TINGGI LOMPATAN PADA PEMAIN BASKET
Abstract
Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kekuatan otot gastrocnemius dengan tinggi lompatan pada pemain bola basket Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain korelasi untuk menganalisis hubungan kekuatan otot gastrocnemius dengan tinggi lompatan pada pemain bola basket. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah hand-held dynamometer untuk kekuatan otot gastrocnemius dan Sargent test untuk tinggi lompatan. Hasil: uji hipotesis dengan Spearman test menunjukan nilai p<0,001 dengan nilai r=0,88 yang artinya terdapat korelasi yang positif antara kekuatan otot gastrocnemius dengan tinggi lompatan dimana semakin tinggi nilai kekuatan otot gastrocnemius maka semakin tinggi nilai tinggi lompatan, khususnya pada pemain bola basket. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara kekuatan otot gastrocnemius dengan tinggi lompatan pada pemain basket.
