ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI OVERSUBSCRIBES PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG MELAKUKAN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING DI BEI PERIODE 2000-2007

Abstract

The Objectives of the study were to find out whether or
not there was an influence among Price Book Value
(PBV), Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) and
Debt Ratio (DR) toward Oversubscribes of company
which is doing Initial Public Offering, and to find out
what factor which gave dominant influence toward
Oversubscribes. The data of this study was from finances
report 2000-2007 periods in Indonesian stock exchange.
The sample was taken by purposive sampling method and
were analyzed by using regression analysis. The result of
the study proved that there was a simultaneous influence
among Price Book Value (PBV), Current Ratio (CR),
Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt Ratio (DR) toward
Oversubscribes. Partially, only Current Ratio (CR) and
Debt Ratio (DR) which had significant influence toward
Oversubscribes.
