PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KONFLIK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT X

Abstract


In the research is to find out the influence of communication
and conflict to increase the employee work
performance at PT X. In the research, the method that is
used in analyzing data is descriptive method. The sample
which is used is 64 respondents. Based on the result of
analysis data is using SPSS v.11 is showed that scores
between variables showed good category by the score R
= 0, 787. The influence score between communication
and conflict to increase the employee work performance
(determination coefficient) is 60, 7% and regarding to
hypothesis result showed that there is positive influence
in real standard 0, 05 by the score F account > F table
(49, 671 > 3, 15).
