Abstract


Conceptually, the effectiveness of managing human resources should reflect organizationals’ needs and desires instead of stakeholders’ needs. Thus, challenge faced in the future will be how we develop theoretical frameworks and practical guidance to build human resource management system work in important areas for creating potential gains. Deeper understanding of human resource’s roles, might contribute to crucial decision for organizational performance and competitive advantage. Internal as well as external changes have already pushed human resorce management to post itself as critical determinants factors in competitive advantage especially for those operate in dynamic and global environment. Information technology also plays an important role to leverage human resource decision through accurate information access.
