Abstract


Abstract

Based on the results of this analysis, the variable quality of products has a positive and significant. That is, if there is increase in the variable quality of the product, then customer satisfaction will increase and vice versa, if lower quality, then customer satisfaction will also be decreased. Getting produce quality consumer products on average agree with the indicators that have been served by (380.7), and consumers also feel satisfied (382.1) will be the quality bag products sophie paris. Of the eight operational dimensions there are four variables that affect consumer satisfaction, namely: performance, features, reliability, and perceived quality.
