Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Sistem Penghargaan Terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi Departemen Pertanian
Abstract
Abstract
This causal research is aimed at obtaining information related to the effect of leadership and reward system on the organizational effectiveness in Ministry of Agriculture. In this research, 250 samples were selected randomly and the data has been analyzed by correlation analysis. The finding of the research shows that the organizational effectiveness is  affected by leadership, and reward system. Based on those finding, it could concluded that any changing which occurred at organization effectiveness might be effected by leadership, and reward system. Therefore, in increasing organizational effectiveness, leadership, and reward system should put into strategic planning of human resources in Ministry of Agriculture; however other variables are necessary to be taken into account by next organizational effectiveness research.
