Konflik Antara Pekerjaan Dan Keluarga, Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Wanita Pada Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta

Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta dikenal sebagai pusat layanan kesehatan yang terbaik di kota jogja dan dikenal memiliki standar kesehatan yang tinggi, yang tercermin pada kualitas para tenaga medisnya. Untuk itu banyak sekali masyarakat yang datang ke Rumah Sakit Betseda karena mereka mengetahui bahwa tenaga medisnya memiliki kualitas yang baik dan dapat dipercaya. Pekerjaa perawat tidaklah mudah karena mereka berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien, sehingga sering memicu terjadinya konflik dan stress kerja, perawat yang tidak dapat menyeimbangkan waktunya baik pekerjaan dan keluarga maka sering timbul konflik yang biasa disebut konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga, dengan adanya konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga sering memicu terjadinya stress di tempat kerja, hal ini jika tidak ditangani akan berdampak pada penurunan kinerja perwata tersebut. Penelitian ini mengenakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang diambil adalah 150 perawat perempuan Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta yang memiliki masa kerja 5-20 tahun, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equetion Modeling). Hasil penelitian dimana Konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta. Hal ini mengingat nilai probability yang menunjukan nilai 0.000 (≤0.05) dan C.R=4.149 (≥1.96). Stress kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta karena mengingat nilai probability yang menunjukan nilai 0.001(≤0.05) dan C.R 3.824 (≥1.96). Konflik anatra pekerjaan dan keluarga dan stress kerja secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja perawat. Hal ini mengingat nilai probability yang menunjukan nilai ≤0.005 dan C.R ≥1.96. Konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai probability 0.000 (≤0.005), C.R 4.149 (≥1.96). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga, stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Yogyakarta

Abstract
Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta is known as the best health care center in the city of Jogja and is known to have high health standards, as reflected in the quality of its medical staff. For that many people who come to the Hospital Betseda because they know that medical personnel are of good quality and reliable. Nurse job is not easy because they interact directly with patients, so that often lead to conflict and stress of work, nurses are not able to balance both work and family time is often a conflict which is called the work-family conflik, with the work-family conflik often lead to stress in the workplace, if left untreated it will impact on the performance nurses. The research was put on a quantitative approach, where samples taken were 150 female nurses Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta which has a service life of 5-20 years, data collected were processed using SEM analysis  The results where work- family conflic has an influence on the performance of female nurses working at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta. This is because the probability value that indicates the value of 0000 (≤ 0.05) and CR = 4149 (≥ 1.96). Work stress has an influence on the performance of a female nurse at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta because given the probability value indicating the value of 0001 (≤ 0.05) and CR 3824 (≥ 1.96). Work-Family conflick and work stress are collectively affect the performance of nursing work. This is because the probability value that indicates the value of ≤ 0005 and CR ≥ 1.96. Work- Family Conflick is more influential on the performance of a female nurse at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta, this is indicated with a probability value of 0000 (≤ 0005), CR 4149 (≥ 1.96). Therefore we can conclude the work-family conflict, work stress affects the performance of a female nurse at Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta.
