Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pencarian Pengobatan Bekam Di Klinik Bekam Assabil Holy Holistic Jakarta
Abstract
Back to Nature Slogan was currently popular included in the search for treatment. Many people are looking for and utilizing traditional medicine. One of the traditional medicine that can be utilized was the Islamic treatment as advised by Rasulullah SAW namely cupping. The purpose of this research was to know the overview of factors – factors affecting the search for cupping treatment including predisposition factors, supporting factors and factors of need. Quantitative research used sample 84 patients in the clinic Bekam Assabil Holy Holistic Jakarta chosen by purposive sampling. Results of the univariate analysis showed the majority of the predisposition factors of adult age (61.9%), women (61.9%), good knowledge (47.6%), Javanese people (38.1%), self-employed (35.7%) and high trust (75.0%). A contributing factor between > UMP DKI Jakarta (46.4%), argues the tariff of cupping wass cheap (97.6%), and the residence is far away (77.4%). The needs of moderate complaints/symptoms (44.0%), and medical diagnosis of cholesterol disease (25.0%). Treatment of cupping and medical treatment should be integrated and collaborated in the patient's healing efforts. Advice for the next researcher is necessary to do qualitative research with an in-depth interview to deepen the factors that affect or reason of the selection of this cupping treatment. Further research should also be examined regarding the reasons why patients utilize the treatment of cupping – each disease complaint that utilizes cupping.
