The services at Gaul Laundry have not used a computerized system starting from the process of recording customer data, transaction data, and making handover notes which are still done manually, the data storage system for each activity is stored in a ledger so that archives accumulate and data security is not guaranteed, besides that the process of making transaction reports, slow data retrieval, and calculating large amounts of data is difficult to do which has an impact on the emergence of administrative problems and customers have to come to the location to check order status, this requires the use of Information Systems at Gaul Laundry. The information system built in Gaul Laundry is web-based. The method used to build the IS is the waterfall method and the system analysis method using PIECES. The results of this study are the system can make it easier for customers because all processes can be seen through the application, both checking order status, outlet locations, product types and for the owner or admin to process and store customer data easily and safely and can view and save profit reports. make a loss.
