Abstract

ABSTRACT

Hypertension is a major cause of increased cardiovascular mortality. Hypertension is a health problem in Indonesia with a high and equal prevalence to 25.8%, according to the 2013 Riskesdas data. Most of these hypertension events are related to obesity. Physical exercise is very well understood to control their bodies and cardiovascular health. This article aims to review the effect of physical exercise in cutting the pathways of the cellular mechanism of adipocytes in inducing hypertension.
