Abstract

Abstract

research purposes: This study aims to determine the effects of different Granting exercise wobble board and core stability exercise against the increasing balance in mahasiswa esa unggul. Sample: The sample consisted of 20 people and college students and female student at the university of esa unggul and selected on the basis of sample random sampling technique by using a questionnaire available. The samples are grouped into two treatment groups, The first treatment consisting of 10 people to exercise wooble board And treatment group II consisting of 10 people with given its core stability exercise. Methods: This research is a quasi research pre-post test experimental designs. A statistical analysis of this research using a t-test Test test and Relatedt-Test Independent. Results: Test of homogeneity group treatment before of exercise with the value of  p = 0,656. The results of the test t-test related to a group of treatment I value p = 0,720 And in the treatment II of the value of p = 0,720 Means the exercise of which was given to each of a group influential in improving balance in mahasiswa esa unggul. t-test and the results of Independent Tests showed the value of p = 0,044 which means there is a very significant influence between the Group I and group treatment treatment II. It can be concluded that there is a very significant effect of the difference between the exercise with the core board wooble stability exercise against an increase in the balance. In this experiment in recommend a method of exercise can be applied with the correct procedure, done in more than a month because of an increase in the balance of the result would have been better if made within 2 months, and it is expected that things that can affect the results of the research can be minimised in order to achieve the optimal results.
