PERHITUNGAN MEDAN KOERSIF INTRINSIK MATERIAL ZINC OXIDE (ZnO)

Abstract


Prediksi Sifat Intrinsik medan koersif dari material Zinc Oxide (ZnO) dihitung menggunakan pendekatan teori ferroelektrik Landau Ginzburg. Pendekatan matematis untuk perhitungan medan koersif intrinsik dibuat dengan menggunakan sebuah program komputasi dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pascal pada Delphi 6. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dengan pertambahan nilai parameter kisi a pada struktur material ZnO mengakibatkan penurunan nilai Polarisai Spontan serta hubungan antara Polarisasi spontan dan medan koersif intinsik adalah linier.
