DINAMIKA BUDAYA BETAWI PADA PANTUN-PANTUN BANG SAPRI DI ACARA PESBUKERS (KAJIAN SEMIOTIK BUDAYA)

Abstract


The pantun structures given by Bang Sapri at the Pesbukers program are reminiscent of the Betawi culture and the pantun has a suffix using the Betawi language which tends to use the phoneme "E" as well as the distinctive name of the Betawi culture in the pantun. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of Betawi culture in the pantheons of Bang Sapri at the Pesbukers event when examined in the Semiotic Culture. The theory used is semiotic Roland Barthes to study the poems of Bang Sapri at the Pesbukers event in terms of the dynamics of Betawi culture. This research method uses the content analysis method to examine Bang Sapri pantun. The instrument in this research was the stage of research preparation, that is, before conducting research, the writer first determined the focus, adjusted the paradigm with the theory, consulted the focus of the study, and the preparation stage and the analysis phase of the Bang Sapri pantun. The results showed there was (1) hermeneutic code (puzzle code), (2) semic code (connotative meaning), (3) symbolic code, (4) prophetic code (action logic), (5) gnomic code (cultural code ) in the Bang Sapri rhymes at the Pesbukers. This is evident in the aspects of the gnomic code (cultural code) there are words in the Bang Sapri pantun reflecting Betawi culture such as kelepon cake, sekoteng, pindang fish.
