IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM MERDEKA BELAJAR-KAMPUS MERDEKA (MBKM) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LULUSAN PROGRAM STUDI ILMU GIZI

Abstract

Technological advances in the digital era are not only nutritionists who must have the competence to adapt to technology, but also prospective nutritionists must have to be able to. Through the MBKM program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, can develop the competence and expertise of nutrition students to be able to improve their ability to communicate and collaborate with the community to be able to transfer knowledge in educating the community to prevent problems. nutrition. The purpose of this research is to implement the MBKM program for nutrition students at Esa Unggul University to provide opportunities for nutrition students to develop themselves and the creativity of nutrition students at Esa Unggul University. This research design used is cross-sectional, for the population is all students of the Undergraduate Nutrition Science Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Esa Unggul University. Data was collected by filling out an online questionnaire that was used to obtain an overview of MBKM implementation for students of the Undergraduate Nutrition Science Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Esa Unggul University. Based on the results of a survey conducted, it was found that 92% of students know the policies of Most MBKM programs, and 98% of students think that learning activities outside the campus will provide additional competencies such as skills in solving complex real problems, skills in analyzing national and international professional ethics. This research concludes that the MBKM program has benefits for students of the Undergraduate Nutrition Science Study Program at Esa Unggul University, and can recommend for the next program for students.
