HUBUNGAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DENGAN KUALITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DI RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL

Abstract


The rapid development of health can be seen from the increasing number of hospitals. The hospital is to be followed by the quality of human resources in supporting high-quality health services. This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance. The approach used in this research is quantitative analytic approach with cross sectional. The population in this study were non-civil servant functional nurses in inpatient rooms class II and III at Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital with a total of 108 respondents. Then to analyze the data in this study using Pearson product moment correlation with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that there was a significan and strong relationship between transformational leadership style and employee work performance, where the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.708 with Sig. 0.000 (p <0.05). It is known that the transformational leadership style variable in the medium category mostly has high performance as many as 35 (89.7%) respondents, most of the low category has high performance as many as 4 (10.3%) respondents
