Abstract

With the development of information technology is expected, Medical Record and Health Information may classify diagnoses according codefication ICD - 10 in electronically. With this system is expected to complete a job so as to speed up and simplify the officer in the process of determining the exact codefication disease. Provide Coding applications eye and ear diseases by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This type of research is done is types of research development, research developmen is research conducted by conducting experiments and improvements to the system. In designing and making the whole application coding eye and ear diseases, used several steps such making flowchart of the application form, making the design of the application form, input database, makes the application display and enter into the application program that has been created.Coding system has been designed eye and ear diseases based applications by using Microsoft Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access as the Database.
