ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN RISIKO CARDIO VASCULAR DISEASES (CVD) PADA PEKERJA PERTAMBANGAN MINYAK PT X

Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering ditemukan pada pekerja di industri pertambangan minyak dan gas bumi. Para pekerja di pertambangan minyak mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar untuk mengalami risiko penyakit kardiovaskular karena terdapat beberapa faktor di lingkungan kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi risiko penyakit kardiovaskular pada pekerja di PT X. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pekerja yang bertugas di Kapal A yang berjumlah 45 orang. Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, tidak ada hubungan usia (p-value = 0,879) dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular dan ada hubungan antara status obesitas (p-value = 0,025), status merokok (p-value = 0,011), status hipertensi (p-value = 0,001), dan status dyslipidemia (p-value = 0,001) dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Peneliti menyarankan diharapkan perusahaan dapat menggiatkan kembali program promosi kesehatan kerja di tempat kerja
