PEMBANGUNAN BALAI LELANG ONLINE BERDASARKAN KONSEP E-BUSINESS (STUDI KASUS PT. GRAMEDIA PUSTAKA UTAMA)

Abstract
In line with the development of technology, the world began to expand their businesses to compete to be the best. Internet is becoming one of the vehicles to develop the existing business. Traditional businesses today have started to evolve into electronic business or usually called E-Business. E-Business has a very wide scope, since it not only to discuss the E-Commerce alone but also discusses the interaction between the customer and the company. One development is the Online Auction. Therefore, PT. Gramedia Pustaka Utama is one of the largest book publishers, and has implemented the E-Commerce. To further enhance the business in which they live, it is proposed a new concept of E-Auction/Auctions Online. The design method used is using the Waterfall method. The design of this online auction using object oriented modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and programming languages PHP and MySQL Database. With the proposed construction of an online auction is expected to improve the business has grown since this time.

Abstrak
Sejalan dengan berkembangnya teknologi, dunia bisnis mulai mengembangkan sayap mereka untuk berlomba-lomba menjadi yang terbaik. Internet menjadi salah satu wadah untuk mengembangkan bisnis yang telah ada. Bisnis-bisnis tradisional saat ini telah mulai berkembang menjadi bisnis elektronik atau biasanya di sebut E-Business. E-Business memiliki cakupan yang sangat luas, karena tidak hanya membahas mengenai E-Commerce saja melainkan juga membahas tentang interaksi antara pelanggan dengan perusahaan. Salah satu pengembangannya adalah Lelang Online. Oleh karena itu, PT. Gramedia Pustaka Utama merupakan salah satu penerbit buku terbesar, dan telah menerapkan E-Commerce. Untuk menyempurnakan lagi bisnis yang mereka jalani, maka diusulkan sebuah konsep baru yaitu E-Auction/Lelang Online. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall. Perancangan lelang online ini menggunakan pemodelan object oriented dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language), dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta Database MySQL. Dengan mengusulkan pembangunan balai lelang online diharapkan dapat meningkatkan bisnis yang telah berkembang sejak lama ini.
