PERANCANGAN APLIKASI PELAPORAN AFTER SALES DI DEPARTEMEN MARKETING BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus: PT. Bando Indonesia)

In this research will be made Designing After Sales Reporting Application in Web Based Marketing Department at PT. Bando Indonesian, is currently still manual on marketing after sales reporting in managing report data. Among the related factors of the manual system are not timely, unclear history of data, not detailed recording of reporting. The method used in the design is the waterfall method with fishbone diagram, swot, and uml. Designing Web-based applications using Php and Mysql. This research will produce a web-based application that has a suitable user interface, so that all members of the marketing department, especially in marketing after sales, can provide extensive report data processing and facilitate the process of inputting online reporting systems.
