Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Siswa-Siswi Sekolah Menengah Untuk Menjadi Mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul Melalui Pendekatan Business Process Reengineering

Abstrak

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) atau Rekayasa Ulang Proses Bisnis (RUPB) adalah metode yang mulai digunakan sekitar tahun 1995 oleh para praktisi dan merupakan hal yang paling penting kedua untuk manajemen Teknologi Informasi. Menggunakan Teknologi Informasi secara induktif adalah mengembangkan kemampuan untuk mengenali cara solusi yang tepat dan kemudian mencari jenis masalah yang dapat dipecahkan dengan solusi tersebut. Metode kualitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan terhadap mahasiswa yang terdaftar dan wawancara. Sebuah konsep tentang proses perbaikan dengan melakukan proses perubahan yang radikal berdasarkan proses bisnis pada BPRlife cycle dari Johansson dan kawan-kawan (1993) seperti dituliskan pada suatu blog komersial untuk materi-si yaitu: Discover : Menentukan visi dan strategi bisnis, Redesign : Meliputi semua aktivitas dan keahlian yang dibutuhkan, Realize : Teknik manajemen perubahan, pembentukan Business Process Reengineering. Beberapa faktor – faktor  penentu siswa-siswi mendaftar sebagai mahasiswa baru antara lain adalah : Motivasi, Biaya, Terakreditasi oleh BAN PT, Waktu perkuliahan, Masa studi, Letak kampus yang strategis, Kurikulum, Memiliki staf pengajar yang professional, Sarana dan prasarana yang baik.

Abstract

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is the method began to be used around 1995 by practitioners and is the second most important thing for the management of Information Technology. Using inductively Information Technology is developing the ability to recognize how the right solution and then look for these types of problems that can be solved with the solution. Qualitative methods of observing and interviewing students enrolled. A concept of process improvement by making the process of radical change in business processes based on the BPR life cycle of Johansson et al (1993) as written on a commercial blog for the material-namely: Discover: Determine vision and business strategy, Redesign: Covers all activities and expertise required, Realize: Engineering change management, the establishment of Business Process Reengineering. Several factors - determinants of students enroll as freshmen include: Motivation, Cost, Accredited by BAN PT, time lectures, study period, the strategic location of the campus, curriculum, has a professional teaching staff, good facilities and infrastructure.
