Identifikasi Risiko Rantai Pasok Agroindustri Kakao Menggunakan Fuzzy AHP

Abstract


Rantai pasok agroindustri kakao di Indonesia merupakan rantai pasok yang panjang karena banyak pelaku rantai pasok yang terlibat di dalamnya, sehingga banyak risiko yang terjadi di sepanjang rantai pasok kakao. Identifikasi risiko dilakukan sebagai langkah awal dalam menganalisa berbagai risiko yang terjadi. Adapun 5 risiko terbesar yang terjadi dalam setiap tujuan rantai pasok agroindustri kakao adalah sebagai berikut: Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani adalah: Risiko harga(0.25), risiko informasi(0.17), risiko kualitas(0.17), risiko kebijakan (0.15), risiko finansial (0.12). Untuk meningkatkan kontinuitas pasokan adalah: Risiko harga(0.28), risiko kualitas(0.18),  risiko kebijakan(0.17), risiko informasi (0.16), risiko pasar (0.12). Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pasokan adalah: Risiko harga (0.38), risiko informasi (0.16), risiko kebijakan (0.12), risiko pasokan (0.11), risiko pasar (0.10). Untuk memenuhi 3 tujuan tersebut, risiko harga mempunyai peranan terbesar yang harus diperhatikan dalam pemenuhan rantai pasok agroindustri kakao.

 Cocoa agro-industry supply chain in Indonesia is the long supply chain because many supply chain actors involved in it so many risks that occur along the cocoa supply chain.  Risk identification is the first step in analyzing the risks that occur. 5 risk in cacao supply chain to improve the welfare of farmers are : price risk(0.25), information risk (0.14), quality risk (0.17), policy risk (0.15), financial risk (0.12). 5 risk in cacao supply chain to improve continuity of supply are : price risk(0.28), quality risk (0.18), policy risk (0.17), information risk (0.16) , market risk (0.12). 5 risk in cacao supply chain to improve quality of  supply are : price risk(0.38), information risk (0.16),  ), policy risk (0.12), supply risk (0.11), market risk (0.10).  Price risk is the biggest risk in cacao supply chain.
