INTENSITAS MORAL TERHADAP PERILAKU ETIKA TIDAK KORUPSI

Abstract                                                     

Moral moral problems have no intention of corruption. The purpose of this study is to analyze moral corruption and moral behavior. This study uses a survey with a simple regression analysis tool with SPSS tools. The sample consisted of employee employees at Esa Unggul University, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, a population of 350 people, a sample of 88 respondents. The research method used is regression analysis, while the number of respondents 88 people consists of 43 men and 45 women. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between morality and ethics.

Abstrak

Masalah penelitian adalah intensitas moral mempengaruhi karyawan tidak berniat korupsi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisapengaruh intensitas moral terhadap perilaku beretika untuk menguji niat tidak korupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan alat analisa regresi sederhana dengan alat SPSS. Sampel terdiri atas karyawan karyawati di lingkungan Universitas Esa Unggul, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, populasi berjumlah 350 orang, jumlah sampel 88 responden. Metode Penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi, adapun jumlah responden 88orang terdiri atas 43 laki-laki dan 45 wanita.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara intensitas moral terhadap perilaku etika.
