Budaya Organisasi Berpengaruh Terhadap Iklim Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Jakarta

Abstract


Latar Belakang dan Tujuan Kepuasan kerja sangat penting bagi organisasi dan pegawai, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja, sehingga kepuasan kerja perlu untuk ditingkatkan terus menerus. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja  perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Jakarta. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan desain kausal. Sampel penelitian adalah 120 perawat. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur yang diolah dengan SPSS. Unit analisis yaitu individu perawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap iklim organisasi.  Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi lebih berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kesimpulan dengan demikian implikasi praktis penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dapat ditingkatkan melalui perbaikan budaya organisasi dan iklim organisasi.
