PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA UNIT TERHADAP BUDAYA PELAPORAN INSIDEN KESELAMATAN PASIEN DENGAN EFIKASI DIRI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA TENAGA KESEHATAN RS SWASTA TIPE C DI CIPUTAT
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala unit dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study dan 110 tenaga kesehatan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala unit berpengaruh langsung postif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri serta budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala unit dan efikasi diri secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifkan terhadap budaya pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa efikasi diri berperan positif memediasi budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala unit dalam peningkatan budaya pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien. Pentingnya peningkatan efikasi diri akan membuat efektivitas penanaman budaya organisasi dan efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala unit sebagai agen perubahan mampu menghasilkan peningkatan partisipasi tenaga kesehatan dalam pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien.
