Nama saya Okmi Astuti, saya lahir di Pulau Tengah tanggal 27 September 1980. Saya mendapatkan gelar S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (S.Pd.) di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat tahun 2003 dan gelas S2 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (M.Pd) di Universitas Negeri Padang tahun 2004.
