Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Keselamatan Rumah Sakit Terhadap Prilaku Keselamatan Karyawan Dalam Merespon Krisis Pandemi Wabah COVID-19 Dengan Moderasi Perceived Risk dan Mediasi Belief Restoration di Rumah Sakit Jantung Dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta

Abstract


COVID-19 telah menciptakan krisis di seluruh dunia. Krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 adalah ujian  terbesar bagi kepemimpinan dibidang kesehatan generasi  saat ini. Krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 adalah tantangan yang luar biasa, dan banyak faktor berkontribusi pada tingkat keparahan dan dampaknya. Tapi yang bisa kita kendalikan dan upayakan adalah bagaimana kita berperilaku serta adanya pemimpin dengan kepemimpinannya yang siapsiaga merespon krisis pandemi tersebut. Dengan latar belakang krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan keselamatan rumah sakit terhadap prilaku keselamatan karyawan dalam merespon krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 serta peran dari mediasi believed restoration dan moderasi dari perceived risk, menggunakan metode survei dengan kuisioner. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form sebanyak 281 responden yaitu karyawan di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta (RSJPDHK). Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan keselamatan RSJPDHK pada kondisi adanya krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 (moderasi), secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi prilaku keselamatan karyawan (kepatuhan, partisipasi, dan adaptasi) dengan dimediasi belief restoration. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada pimpinan rumah sakit untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen berdasarkan kepemimpinan keselamatan dan memotivasi serta mempromosikan perilaku keselamatan karyawan dari empat aspek pembinaan, kepedulian, motivasi, dan kontrol keselamatan
